Campbell River Lodge is a 2-star hotel located in Campbell River, BC. We provide accommodation services by the riverside with a beautiful view of Campbell River. We are now hiring an experienced Hotel Manager.

Employer: Ian S Lee Investment Ltd. (o/a Campbell River Lodge).
Position: 1 full time Hotel Manager

Working Condition:

Working (Business) Location: 1760 Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC, V9W 2E7
Wage: $39.90 – $41 per hour
Working Hour: 35 ~ 40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.

Duties:

• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies




• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
• Resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• At least 2 years of hotel management experience
