Retail Store Supervisor

Salary: $23.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week

Education:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
• Experience in a similar field is an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee and guide sales associates and cashiers in daily operations.




• Approve transactions, refunds, and packages returns.
• Compile reports on sales performance and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and support team members.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, displays, and signage standards.
• Open/close store, receive deliveries, handle complaints support promotions.
