Is seeking 2 experienced office administrators. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $31.35 / hour . 35 hours per week. (Full-time, permanent)
Requirements:
High school (secondary school) completion
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
At least 1 year experience

Be experienced and competent in office software programs, including MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic scheduler.
The Office Administrator will perform the following job duties:
Review, evaluate and implement recent administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms,



disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
