Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating workplace for the child
• Supervise the child at all times
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks suitable for a toddler
• Maintain cleanliness related to the child, including washing clothes, cleaning after meals, and tidying play and sleep areas
• Support early learning through age-appropriate play and activities
• Engage the child in indoor and outdoor play to support physical development
• Read stories and encourage early language development




• Support basic social interaction and emotional development through guided play
• Maintain daily routines including meals, naps, and rest periods as instructed by parents
• Ensure personal hygiene routines such as handwashing, bathing support, and diaper care (as applicable)
• Administer medication only as directed by parents and/or healthcare professionals
• Follow parent instructions regarding discipline appropriate for toddler age

• Understanding of toddler growth and development
• Patience, care, and a calm personality
• Ability to engage children in simple, age-appropriate activities
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to respond calmly to unexpected situations
• Energy and attentiveness to supervise active toddlers
• Good communication with parents and ability to follow instructions clearly
