Read and interpret kitchen layouts, shop drawings, and cabinet specifications
Measure, mark, and lay out cabinet locations; check walls and floors for level, plumb, and square
Install base, upper, and tall kitchen cabinets, vanities, closet organizers, and built-in millwork
Scribe, shim, cut, and fit cabinets to walls; secure to studs and blocking
Install countertops, backsplashes, crown and light-rail moulding, toe kicks, fillers, and end panels
Fit and adjust doors, drawer boxes, slides, hinges, handles, and soft-close hardware
Cut openings for sinks, cooktops, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and countertop fabricators to sequence work
Complete deficiency lists, touch-ups, and final adjustments prior to client walkthrough
Operate hand and power tools safely; maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
Follow WorkSafeBC regulations, site safety plans, and company quality standards
