 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide personalized service to ensure the best possible guest experience
- Respond to guest needs and inquiries about services and appointments
- Assist guests with special needs while using spa facilities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the spa
- Replenish spa supplies, monitor inventory, and report shortages to the supervisor
- Clean and sanitize spa equipment and work areas
- Launder and restock towels, sheets, and robes
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments
- Support the Registered Massage Therapists during treatments
- Perform other services specific to the operation of the spa as required

 Languages: English

 Education:



Secondary high school graduation certificate

 Experience: Experience an asset

- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
