Job Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Supervisor – Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers to ensure smooth daily store operations and excellent customer service.
• Assign duties to employees, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts.
• Authorize payments, refunds, exchanges, and merchandise returns in accordance with company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, operational issues, and merchandise supply shortages promptly and professionally.




• Monitor inventory levels, maintain adequate stock, and order merchandise and supplies as required.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, merchandising activities, and employee performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, including product displays, promotional signage, cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Perform other retail supervisory, administrative, and operational duties as assigned by management to support effective store operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 year to less than 2 years
• Secondary school or equivalent
• Computer skills including outlook, excel, word etc.
• Time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively transfer information to customers and colleagues while making them feel comfortable and motivated
