We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Main Duties
• Oversee and manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Establish the services to be provided and develop appropriate operating procedures.
• Hire recent employees and coordinate their training and orientation.
• Prepare staff schedules and evaluate employee performance.
• Complete the cash reports, balance sheets, and associated paperwork.




• Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers regarding food, beverages, and other necessary supplies.
• Arrange and negotiate catering services, banquet bookings, receptions, and other uses of the restaurant’s facilities.

Employment Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory or management experience, is required.
• Experience in a fine-dining or tasting-menu restaurant is preferred.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills are required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
