KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage and maintain the financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
-Prepare and monitor budgets, financial statements, and monthly financial reports for management review.
-Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of wages and statutory deductions.
-Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
-Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, payroll remittances, and financial reporting requirements.
-Assist in preparing financial documents for audits, government reporting, and funding applications.
-Monitor cash flow and provide financial recommendations to support efficient operation of the company
-Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial and employee records.
-Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions when required.
