Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. This role requires proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and account analysis activities.

Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process payroll through systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and perform data entry tasks with precision
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with budgeting activities and prepare financial reports for management review
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all accounting functions
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software .
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping practices
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform account analysis and budgeting effectively
- Solid understanding of financial services and accounting principles
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and data interpretation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present financial insights clearly
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and updates within the accounting domain

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
