Well established Desjardins Insurance Agency in Brampton looking for an Insurance Sales Associate. We are a multiline insurance agency involved in sales and servicing of auto, home, and life insurance. This is a full-time position. Successful candidates will have good communication skills as well as proficiency with technology. While prior experience is not a must it will be an asset. The candidate must be able to pass the provincial licensing exams; Other than Life (OTL) and Life License (LLQP).

Additional Responsibilities

- Assist clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions
- Close sales, process transactions and follow up as needed. Ensure client satisfaction
- Take phone calls and handle information requests.
- Seize business opportunities and help increase sales through solicitation.





Basic Qualifications and Skills Required

- Licensed with the Other Than Life (OTL) License
- Effective communication skills
- Interpersonal Savvy

- Action and Detail Orientated
- Cooperative and Team Player

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Licensed with the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) along with Other than Life License (OTL)
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is an asset

Pay: $29,821.00-$73,163.00 per year
