Heffner Lexus is looking for a Service Porter/Jr Service Advisor

Shift hours are Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm

What You'll Do

- Greet Lexus guests and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures.
- Safely park, retrieve, and move guest vehicles.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient Service drive.
- Assist Service Advisors with guest check-ins and repair orders.
- Provide basic vehicle status updates to guests.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and service-related inquiries.
- Learn Lexus maintenance, service, and dealership processes.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, technicians, Parts, and management.
- Take on additional Junior Service Advisor responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.

What We're Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Organized with good attention to detail.




- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Automotive or dealership experience is an asset but not required.
- Interest in developing a career in automotive service.
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
