Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair estimates, service procedures, and vehicle recommendations with confidence and transparency
- Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate updates effectively to customers
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle inspection findings to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Manage cash handling accurately for service transactions and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions,



repair orders, and service histories
- Follow dealership protocols for vehicle check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

- Previous automotive experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is essential to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that builds trust and rapport
- Proven ability in sales or upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
