Join Our Professional Security Team

We are seeking disciplined, highly trained, and professional Tactical Security Guards to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong situational awareness, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond confidently and professionally in challenging situations.

As a Tactical Security Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting people, property, and designated sites while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and deter suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
- Identify security risks, assess potential hazards, and report vulnerabilities to management.
- Perform access control duties, verify identification, and ensure compliance with site security procedures.
- Operate security equipment, including surveillance systems and communication devices.
- Apply approved defensive tactics and de-escalation techniques when required and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with police, emergency services, and site management when necessary.
- Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift reports.
- Participate in required training, safety briefings, and emergency response drills.
- Maintain a professional appearance, remain alert, and follow all operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid Use of Force certification or documented training, as required for the assignment.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, incident response,



and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in tactical security, high-risk environments, or specialized security assignments.
- Training in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and professional de-escalation.
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and security reporting software.
- Strong knowledge of applicable security regulations and the appropriate use of force.
