Overview
We are looking for a motivated Catering Prep and Wholesale Production team member to join our dynamic food service operation. This role involves preparing high-quality food items for catering events and wholesale distribution, ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling food items for catering orders and wholesale production according to established recipes and standards.
- Support food safety protocols by handling ingredients properly and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas.
- Help with portioning, packaging, and labeling products for wholesale distribution or catering events.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.




- Maintain organized workstations and ensure all equipment is clean and functional for daily operations.
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Requirements

- Experience in the food industry or culinary environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience with catering or banquet preparation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing and packaging food products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
