Job Description

We are looking to hire a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead front-end operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role manages associate performance, supports customer transactions, and upholds Walmart’s operational standards and compliance programs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead and support front-end associates to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations




- Handle customer concerns and support associate issue resolution
- Provide on-the-job training for procedures, scanning accuracy, and safety
- Oversee transactions, approvals, and register accuracy
- Monitor EAS systems and ensure compliance logs are completed
- Manage register openings/closings and maintain appropriate cash levels
- Promote company programs including credit, protection plans, and charitable initiatives
- Enforce health, safety, and emergency protocols

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and front-end procedures
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $17.45 per hour
