As an EcoTech Product Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments, build relationships, identify their needs, and help them choose the right window and door solutions for their homes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations.
- Educate homeowners on energy-efficient windows, doors, and installation solutions.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and budgets.
- Prepare and present quotes using our CRM system.
- Guide homeowners through the purchasing process and close sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing EcoTech.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivation and a desire to earn based on performance.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
