We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Audio Visual Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and dismantling audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment for events, meetings, and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for corporate events, conferences, weddings, and live productions
- Perform sound checks, equipment testing, and troubleshooting before and during events
- Install and dismantle AV equipment including speakers, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting fixtures, and staging elements
- Monitor live event production to ensure smooth technical execution
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Transport, maintain, and organize AV equipment inventory
- Collaborate with clients, event coordinators, and team members to meet event requirements
- Ensure all equipment is handled safely and according to company standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in audio visual, live events, or technical production preferred
- Strong knowledge of sound systems, lighting, video displays, and event equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends




- Must have G2 or G license AND must own a vehicle to drive to and from work

Note: Owners comments, this is a job that is mostly on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, from 2pm to 2am, Customer Service is a must, Must not leave job location during shift, Must not be taking personal heavy chemicals during a shift, and definitely MUST not hide in the washroom on their phone during the entire shift.
