We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Retail Worker to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product selection, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or product demos are a plus. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Handle cashiering duties including POS transactions, cash handling, and processing payments accurately
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills




- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts as needed

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in technical or product sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers through product demos
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; multitasking capabilities are essential

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
