BAAC Construction is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design and permitting of long-haul fibre optic networks across Alberta. You will guide internal teams and external partners from route selection through permits to IFC packages. You will build BAAC's design standards, manage schedules, and provide transparent updates to leadership while ensuring environmental and regulatory requirements are met. Calgary-based role with regional travel.
