Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead capital and maintenance projects in a rapid-paced industrial setting. You will develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and operations teams. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 3–5 years in process industries, and strong troubleshooting and project-management skills. Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and CMMS is expected.
