• Act as a leader in the Agile process and support the squad in the effective application of Agile practices for large-scale technology initiatives;

• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams and promote their autonomy, productivity and compliance with delivery commitments;

• Manage the work on the roadmap and maintain a clear view of progress, risks, dependencies and challenges;

• Provide transparent visibility into the progress of work and track obstacles until they are resolved or climbed;

• Coordinate the different contributing teams around common goals and facilitate the resolution of inter-team dependencies;

• Maintain consistency of the sprint backlog with product backlog, roadmap, and delivery priorities;

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support prioritization, sprint preparation and delivery goals;

• Facilitate daily huddles, sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives by orienting them towards value delivery;

• Identify relevant indicators to improve team predictability, quality,



and performance;

• Anticipate risks and obstacles, coordinate mitigation plans and quickly escalate issues requiring intervention;

• Foster a culture of accountability, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and results-orientation;

• Communicate clearly, factually, and transparently with teams and stakeholders.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;

• Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in information technology;

• Have significant experience as a Scrum Master in squads or large-scale technology transformation initiatives;

• Demonstrate relevant experience in delivery or project management in Agile mode;

• Experience in contexts involving multiple teams, suppliers, partners and stakeholders;

• Ability to evolve effectively in complex environments where priorities, dependencies and needs change rapidly;

• Demonstrate an ability to generate commitment and mobilize multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical authority;

• Exercise influential leadership and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;

• Demonstrate a strong action, delivery, and results orientation;

• Effectively manage uncertainty, ambiguity and changes in priority;





• Proficient interpersonal relations and stakeholder management, including interactions with executive-level stakeholders;

• Demonstrate rigor, good organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Understand and apply Agile values and principles pragmatically;

• Knowledge of modern data platforms and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (an asset);

• Knowledge of Databricks, advanced analytics platforms, or artificial intelligence solutions (an asset);

• Experience in a DevOps, DataOps, or MLOps environment (an asset);

• Hold an Agile or Scrum certification (an asset);

• Experience in multidisciplinary strategic programs (an asset);
