Lead impactful renewable energy projects with Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. as an Experienced Project Manager. Focus on end-to-end development across hydro, solar, and wind initiatives within a hybrid work model. In this senior role, you will report directly to the Director – Advanced Development at Innergex. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of project coordination and leadership, ensuring projects are well-rooted, technically sound, and socially accepted. Your expertise in managing multi-stakeholder projects will be crucial in this role that places robust emphasis on community engagement and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Oversee environmental assessments and secure necessary permits
• Develop community consultation strategies and lead public sessions
• Manage land acquisition and relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure smooth hand-off to Construction team for project commissioning
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project development, renewable energy preferred
• University degree in related fields
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Strong environmental, land use, and social issue knowledge
