Affim is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the operational health of its strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, meet SLAs, and drive technical initiatives and custom solutions that align with merchant objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while mentoring newer TAMs and expanding your own book of strategic accounts over time.
