Join the Metcalfe Hotel as a Houseman, enhancing guest experiences through cleanliness and service. You'll maintain public areas, manage supplies, and assist the Front Desk team effectively. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of washrooms, elevators, and guest corridors. This position demands excellent attention to detail and excellent guest service skills. You will handle inventory control, respond to guest requests, and assist with daily assignments to support a seamless operation across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies and washrooms
• Clean staff areas such as lunchrooms and locker rooms
• Receive and restock supplies, including linens




• Interact positively with guests to enhance their stay
• Document mechanical issues in public areas

Requirements:
• Housekeeping experience or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
