Key Responsibilities
• Research and prepare complex legal cases
• Mentor and provide guidance to team lawyers
• Develop litigation strategies and best practices
• Represent ONA at rights arbitrations and legal forums
• Draft pleadings and legal opinions as required

Requirements:
• B/Juris Doctor (J.
D.) is mandatory
• Called to the Bar of Ontario with good standing
• Minimum 5-10 years in union-side labour law
• Experience in mentoring junior lawyers
