As a full-time Janitor at Lookout, you will report directly to the Site Manager. This role involves performing janitorial tasks, maintaining building systems, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. You'll play a vital role in supporting a diverse community while working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, wash, and wax floors daily
- Clean and disinfect all facility surfaces
- Remove garbage and manage recycling containers
- Conduct repairs and upkeep on premises
- Support current staff and oversee volunteers effectively

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education and 2 years experience
- Building Service Worker Diploma preferred
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
