Advantage Personnel Ltd. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia seeks a Staffing Coordinator to support recruitment and staffing needs. The role involves speaking with candidates, learning about their skills and goals, and connecting them with suitable job opportunities.

You will work closely with clients and the branch team to understand staffing needs and coordinate placements. The position is full time and in-office, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
