UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the 40-bed Cardiovascular & Thoracic Critical Care Unit at UNC Medical Center. The CNS will provide clinical leadership, educate staff, and lead evidence-based practice across a complex cardiovascular and thoracic patient population.

You will partner with nursing and interprofessional leaders to strengthen clinical practice, support teams, and drive excellence in patient outcomes, while advancing qualified
