Interior Health is seeking an experienced Community Health Worker to support patients at Ashcroft Hospital and Health Centre in Ashcroft, BC. You will work with a team of nurses and LPNs to help clients stay independent and at home through home support services.

Typical duties include personal care, meal prep, housekeeping in a secure home environment, and assistive mobility. This is a relief part-time role rotating days and evenings.
