Piel Canela - Barranco is hiring a full time Manager to run the floor, lead the team, and own the shift end to end — service standards, scheduling, cash handling, and problem-solving in real time. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, not a desk job.
- 2+ years restaurant management or senior supervisory experience
- Strong leadership — you set the tone on a busy floor
- Comfortable with scheduling, cash reconciliation, and vendor/ops basics
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual English/French an asset
