Commercial Properties Limited, headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. You will support invoice processing, payments, vendor relationships, and month-end activities in a cooperative, stable real estate organization.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will help drive AP automation initiatives, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with property management and leasing stakeholders across a diverse portfolio.
