We are seeking a BIM Lead to join TYLin’s Water Sector team in the Greater Toronto Area.# Responsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Set up and manage projects in BIM360 including plant layouts and division into specific engineering disciplines
* Manage BIM coordination across project teams and other disciplines
* Conduct clash detection and issue tracking to identify and resolve design conflicts as they arise
* Layout and design of vertical water/wastewater infrastructure (treatment plants, pump stations) from conceptual to detailed design

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical engineering/engineering technology or closely related field
* CET with OACETT preferred
* 8+ years of experience in the execution of water/wastewater infrastructure projects preferred.
* Proficiency with BIM360, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ProjectWise and NavisWorks

As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $110,400-$138,000 annually for this position and local market.
