As an Information Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the management, analysis, and reporting of mandatory corporate actions, acting as a high-impact connector within the Canadian capital markets infrastructure. The Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS) serves as Canada’s national securities depository, clearing, and settlement hub,



providing the vital infrastructure required to support the integrity and efficiency of the Canadian capital markets. Within this ecosystem, the Asset Services Information Unit manages the entire lifecycle of Corporate Actions data for securities held by CDS. As an Information Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the management, analysis, and reporting of mandatory corporate actions, acting as a high-impact connector within the Canadian capital markets infrastructure.

This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office)

Key Accountabilities

- Data Integrity & Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the complete lifecycle of Mandatory Corporate Action data, which includes the collection, analysis and validation of various data sources, and timely dissemination of critical information.
