Are you passionate about building relationships, driving business growth, and supporting Canada's agriculture sector? Join our Agriculture Banking team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager (SCRM) and play a key role in helping agricultural businesses achieve their goals.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage a portfolio of established Agriculture clients while identifying recent business opportunities across your assigned market. Leveraging your expertise in commercial banking, credit, and relationship management, you will deliver tailored financial solutions that help clients grow and thrive.





This role supports Agriculture clients with credit authorizations ranging from $5 million to $35 million and annual revenues between $25 million and $100 million, making a direct impact on the success of Canadian agricultural businesses and communities.

How You Will Make an Impact

- Grow and manage a portfolio of Agriculture Banking clients by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand product adoption.
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies that drive sustainable portfolio growth.
- Build strong referral networks through internal partners, industry contacts, community involvement, and centres of influence.
