The Role





Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple Canadian clients, ensuring accurate records, timely reconciliations, and complete month-end closes.

You'll work closely with senior accountants, maintain regular communication with clients via email and Zoom, and use modern cloud accounting tools to streamline workflows.

This is a client-facing role that requires solid ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

- Cloud Accounting System Management: Maintain full end-to-end management of client cloud accounting platforms (Xero or QuickBooks Online) with meticulous accuracy.

- Document Processing & Data Extraction: Manage incoming receipts, bills, and source documents using automated fetching and extraction tools (e.g., Dext, Hubdoc).
