Salary: $92,000–$113,000 + 20% Bonus + RRSP (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

Our client, a leader in its field is seeking an experienced wealth management professional to join their team in a hands-on leadership capacity. This is a newly created role and a true player-coach role, combining people leadership with active involvement in day-to-day client and advisor support. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of wealth associates while overseeing client onboarding and servicing, trading activities, operational matters, escalations and process improvements. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys developing people while remaining close to clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and mentor a team of wealth associates
- Oversee client escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
- Support advisors with client servicing and day-to-day operational requirements
