As a Cloud Engineer, you will report to the VP of IT & Infrastructure while enhancing mission-critical SaaS products for our utility clients. You’ll contribute to cloud architecture, integrate infrastructures from acquisitions, and implement security controls. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and reliability within robust cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and improve production infrastructure on Azure and AWS
• Implement IAM and network security controls
• Monitor systems for performance and availability
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in cloud engineering or DevOps
• Robust experience in Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of IAM/RBAC and network segmentation
• Proficient with Terraform or Bicep
• Effective communication skills for collaboration
