The Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of Projects and works closely with 7 to 10 team members that include Business Analyst, Architect, Configurator and QA. The incumbent will identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions in order to optimize the business processes and workflow; thereby participating in the achievement of the company’s goals and the satisfaction of our clients.

is a brief description of the expected product the candidate will be working on (if product division position) Equisoft /Manage is a cloud SaaS Policy Administration System designed to offer a comprehensive suite of features that streamline insurance operations, providing a seamless experience for both insurance providers and their clients. Our platform allows insurance providers to reduce hosting and support costs, stellar speed‑to‑market, leverage state‑of‑the‑art integration while stay secure & compliant. Our platform also provides advanced analytics and reporting tools that provide insights into customer behavior, allowing insurance providers to tailor their services to their clients’ needs.

Your Day with Equisoft:

- Identify, plan and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects
- Evaluate the tasks to be completed and identify resource requirements (human, financial and material)
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, as well as deliverables quality standards
- Assist the customers during the project definition period; then collect and summarize the information
- Participate, as required, in the preparation of the preliminary analysis; and coordinate all activities required for project approval
- Plan, monitor and control the scope, the risks, the costs, the change requests, the outstanding issues,



the human resources and the communications for all assigned projects
- Lead and coordinate the work of the project teams and assist the staff in completing the tasks
- Promote interaction and cooperation between the customers (internal / external) and the project teams
- Maintain management indicators records on the projects progress and control the change requests related to these projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience
- 10-15 years of experience of IT or finance project management PMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent
- Experience in Project Development Cycle Management
- Experience in client-facing project, not just internal initiatives
- Experience in implementation project of CRM and/or ERP
- Very good knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology
- Available for occasional travel
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries (asset)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English
