Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in the 3B Surgical Inpatient Unit at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. You'll provide specialized nursing care to complex surgical patients within a supportive team.

In this full-time role, report directly to the Manager of Surgical Services. Utilize your expertise in surgical nursing to deliver patient and family-centered care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to complex patients
• Apply nursing processes for individualized care planning
• Collaborate with Registered Practice Nurses on patient care
• Recognize and respond to abnormal patient responses
• Maintain robust interprofessional communication

Requirements:
• Unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses
• Current BCLS certification
• Experience in caring for surgical patients
• Knowledge of relevant surgical nursing practices
• Ability to manage multiple nursing interventions
