This leadership role requires experience in team management, international tax expertise, and a passion for automation. You will engage with clients, mentor tax accountants, and refine AI agents to enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve AI agents with engineering teams
• Own the engagement lifecycle from intake to filing
• Track KPIs and uphold quality control standards
• Lead and mentor senior tax accountants remotely
• Manage a high-value portfolio of complex clients
Requirements:
• 8+ years of US individual tax experience
• At least 2 years as a team-leading Tax Manager
• Expertise in Forms 1040, 2555, 1116, and others
• Experience with CCH Axcess tax software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
