POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented and collaborative analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Corporate Projects, this role will handle the full accounting cycle of the partnerships and general partner entities, support fund and corporate accounting more broadly, contribute to financial software implementations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform full-cycle accounting for the partnerships and general partner entities of the structure — journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and all supporting work required to prepare standalone financial statements.
- Support the fund accounting process, including transactional cash movements, accounting journal entries, and reconciliation of partner equity accounts, along with review and accounting of investment valuations, gains/losses, and carried interest calculations.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial data, including accounting for all transactions and changes to portfolio companies’ cap tables and limited partners’ capital accounts.
- Handle invoicing of management fees and track accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
