Who You Are
The Enterprise Application Administrator owns the administration, configuration, and lifecycle of DIRTT's core business applications. You are the technical authority and escalation point for these platforms across corporate and manufacturing environments, responsible for their reliability, security, integrations, and alignment with business needs.
The role works closely with business owners in Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and Finance to translate requirements into configuration, manage change, and keep each platform supportable.
What You’ll Do




CRM and Customer Support (Salesforce, Zendesk)
Administer Salesforce: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
Administer Zendesk: agents, groups, ticket forms, triggers, automations, macros, SLAs, and Help Center configuration.
Manage integrations between Salesforce, Zendesk, and other business systems, including connected apps, API users, and data synchronization.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality processes, including imports, deduplication, and cleanup.
Plan and test Salesforce release updates and manage deployments between sandbox and production.
Engineering and Design (PTC Windchill, Autodesk)
Administer PTC Windchill: users, groups, contexts, lifecycles, workflows, access control policies, and system configuration.
Support CAD data management, including Windchill Workgroup Manager integration with Autodesk Inventor.
Plan and execute Windchill upgrades, patches, and test setting refreshes in partnership with PTC and internal stakeholders.
Manage Autodesk licensing, user assignment, deployment packages, and version standards through Autodesk
