*Every vehicle accounted for. Every move coordinated. Every day.* At Fox Rent A Car, our Fleet Coordinators are the organizational hub behind a fleet that runs without gaps. You'll track vehicles, coordinate repairs, and keep the communication flowing between teams and vendors to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Your Primary Focus Is To* Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles
* Update the status of all idle and out-of-service vehicles daily
* Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed
* Issue POs to vendors
* Help with the movement of vehicles when needed
* See that non-rentable vehicles are vented for repair in a timely manner
* Respond promptly to all email requests
* Assist with fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles
