Dawson Group in Kamloops, BC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment process from sourcing through hire. This temporary, full time role reports to VP, People & Culture and offers flexible work options, including work from home and office.

You will coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offers, and manage onboarding with HRIS and payroll hand-off. The ideal candidate has at least one year in recruitment coordination and a relevant diploma.
