The Role: As a Senior Full Stack Developer at FTS, you will report to the Head of Engineering with the responsibility of leading the design and development of complex, high-performance web applications. You will serve as a technical leader on the team, mentoring junior and intermediate developers while driving architectural decisions that support the scalability and growth of our travel technology platform.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture, design, and development of full stack solutions across our core platform.
* Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance.
* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
* Drive best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and security.
* Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features from discovery through production deployment.
* Evaluate and recommend current technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve platform capabilities.




* Integrate third-party APIs, travel distribution systems, and external services.
* Contribute to sprint planning, technical roadmap discussions, and architectural reviews.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
* Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, cloud-native delivery.
Experience/Skills Required:
* 8+ years of professional full stack development experience.
* Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Strong back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js or Go.
* Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in travel technology or airline systems is a strong asset.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
