Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions
• Review monthly and quarterly financial forecasts




• Assist in preparing leasing forecasts and updates
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A; with managerial duties
• Strong analytical and financial modeling expertise
• Preferred experience in commercial real estate
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and financial systems
