Stifel Canada is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Investment Banking Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Investment Banking in Toronto. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 CAD annually, with a comprehensive advantages package.
You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, and assist with client invoices and expense reporting.
