About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Search specialist to help scale our B2 B acquisition efforts across the U. S. and Canada.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of Paid Search campaigns, managing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving efficiency across a multi-million dollar budget. You’ll work closely with U. S.-based teams and platform partners like Google and Microsoft.
You will report directly to our local Manager, B2 B Performance Marketing.

Ownership: End-to-end Paid Search execution aligned to B2 B growth goals (lead quality, efficiency, and scale)
Campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns across the U. S. and Canada
Performance: Monitor and improve campaign performance against core KPIs (e.g., lead generation, efficiency, and return)
Optimization: Drive continuous improvements through testing, automation, and data analysis
Insights: Translate performance data into transparent insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external platforms (Google, Microsoft) to unlock growth opportunities
We’re excited about you because…




You have 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Search
You have hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads campaigns
You're comfortable working with data and using it to make decisions and drive improvements
You can clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities
Nice to have:
Experience in B2 B marketing or lead generation
Familiarity with attribution and tracking
Experience in marketplace or high-growth environments
