Job Title: Senior IVR Developer (Amazon Connect)
Employment Type : Contract
Duration : 1 Year
Location: Toronto
Rate: Open
Hybrid- 3 days Onsite/ Week
Must haves:
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years of hands-on IVR development
Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments
Solid integration knowledge: REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT
Nice to have:
Financial services or banking background
Amazon Lex, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI experience
AWS certifications
